Welcome to Brighter Side Cleaning. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Brighter Side Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services including, but not limited to, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, janitorial services, housekeeping, gutter cleaning, and roof cleaning. Services may be one-time or recurring, depending on customer selection.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may vary due to property condition, size, accessibility, or additional services requested. We will communicate any price changes before beginning work.

3. Scheduling & Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled service date. If we cannot access the property or complete the service due to locked areas, pets, unsafe conditions, or weather, rescheduling fees may apply.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address the issue.

6. Property Damage

Our team is fully insured and professionally trained. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage is not our responsibility.

7. Safety & Liability

Customers must ensure the property is safe for our team. Brighter Side Cleaning is not responsible for damages caused by unsafe conditions, faulty structures, or improper installations.
